To be a part of Planetary healing we must begin with our Self Distant Healing
Distant healing is a lovely way to receive healing over any distance.
In my practice I use a combination of Usui Reiki, Meditation and Compassionate Intention to effect a healing intercession from a distance.
With my intention to effect a positive response I send the energy of Universal Love to all those in need.
Every Sunday at 9 p.m. London time, I sit quietly and begin the healing session that will last for half an hour. The length of time is not particulary important because as soon as I intend to send the healing energy, it simply flows. However with my distant healing session I focus on different aspects and areas of possible dis-ease i.e. physical, mental, emotional and spiritual during the session.
If you would like to request a name be placed on my healing list then please contact me from here and send a name, location and the area of life needing help for example:
specific illness pending or post surgery and date mental anguish relationship problems job interviews loss of any kind grief spiritual turmoil, growth, confusion someone's last journey here someone's passing
This list is not exhaustive so please just be as specific as you can without giving away any personal details you wish to keep private. Initials will do as long as there are enough details for me to link to the actual person. So if it is your friend and you would rather not give their name but are happy to give yours then you may say ' A.B.C. who is a friend of 'your name'. I always suggest that if it is possible the person receiving the Energy Healing sits quietly during this time keeping their awareness on the knowledge that it is flowing to and through them.

Personal Distant Healing Session
If you would like a personal distant healing session for you alone, at a specific time when you are able to sit and receive the transmission as it is being sent, then again please contact me first (please see above for the details I will need) to arrange the times.

Personal Surrogate Meridian Tapping Session
I also offer Surrogate Meridian Energy Tapping sessions at pre-arranged times with a payment of £10 to be paid beforehand. This is primarily for those already familiar with tapping as you may wish to sit and tap on yourself or another during the arranged session time. I will email you the suggested tapping phrases suitable for your 'condition' or presenting problem if you wish or you may choose to just tap without words. This is a really good way to receive help in a first aid sense when it may not be possible to arrange a telephone or personal full session. These sessions would be for 15 minutes at a pre-arranged time. Please contact me first (please see above for the details I will need) and then go to the payment page to pay.
